First Lutheran serves dinner at the Greensboro Urban Ministry on the fourth Thursday of each month. Youth and their families, children and their families and adults all take turns serving. First Lutheran provides chicken tetrazzini on these Thursdays and needs volunteers to prepare these casseroles. Below is the recipe for this dish which has become a favorite at GUM.
